You must first have an in-office or phone consultation appointment before booking your Permanent Make-up procedure.

24 hour notice is required for rescheduling follow-up or additional application appointments.
In addition, there is a $25 rescheduling fee for rescheduled follow-up and additional appointments that will be charged to your credit card when you reschedule. Failure to give 24 hour notice, a "no show" on follow-up or additional application appointments will result in your credit card being billed for the full cost of the additional application rate quoted in the Fees section below. If rescheduling is due to illness, or someone in your care is ill (i.e. child), you may reschedule your appointment; however, there may be a waiting list for rescheduled follow up or additional application appointment.
